Orders will take 2 working days to pack and dispatch. Then check the estimated delivery time below for each rate. We use NZ Post. If you are rural this make take an extra few days. Please note NZ Post do not work on weekends.

International customers (outside of NZ) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Currently due to COVID restrictions we will not be accepting returns or exchanges. Please choose your crystals carefully and feel free to contact us for more pictures/videos of the product before purchasing.

Damages and issues
All items sent from Marama Wellness are carefully packaging with love and checked over before being sent to our customers. However, as crystals are precious, from time to time breakages can occur in transit.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us via email at hello@maramawellness.co within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and/or message us on instagram @maramawellness Please send us a picture, video and explanation of the damage. We will evaluate the damage at our discretion and choose either to replace the item if we have it in stock or issue a refund.
